At Cheap Bowls And Food Store, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In resalable condition (not used or damaged)
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened dog food (both dry and wet) or dog health supplements. These items are final sale.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours (on business days) with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the unused item(s) in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back – Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your return approval email)
  5. Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to exchange eligible items:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect items. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
